A person calls the Service BDC department on a Saturday around 4pm (a time when service is either closed or winding down for the day in most cases). They never serviced here and never purchased here. Service is closed on Sunday. They want to rent a car at their own expense as they need it for work on Monday. Two other dealers failed to mention that the car can be dropped off and there is a key box to leave the key securely. We found them a rental agency 2 miles away. We scheduled a Monday morning appointment. The dealership will call her and go over everything with her while she can be stress-free on Monday and have peace of mind.
